Welcome to Storepliix. This website and online store (collectively, the "Store") are operated and owned by PNS ASSOCIATES (doing business as "Storepliix"). Our Store is hosted and powered by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All delivery and shipping timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PNS ASSOCIATES is not liable for any shipping or delivery delays, including but not limited to delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Title to the products and the risk of loss or damage passes to you immediately upon our transfer of the goods to the commercial shipping carrier.

Storepliix’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PNS ASSOCIATES or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You hereby expressly release Shopify Inc. and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and actions arising from or related to your transactions with PNS ASSOCIATES.

PNS ASSOCIATES reserves the absolute right to limit, restrict, or entirely block Agent interactions through technical means, firewalls, or rate-limiting protocols.

14.4 Agent Conduct Rules

All authorized Agents must:

  1. In all HTTP/HTTPS headers and requests, clearly state that the request originates from an Agent and disclose its name in the User-Agent string formatting: "Agent/[Agent Name]".
  2. Not conceal, obfuscate, or mask their identity, including mimicking human cursor/browsing patterns or attempting to solve or bypass CAPTCHA challenges.
  3. Respond truthfully to any programmatic or cryptographic challenges designed to identify automated traffic.
  4. Strictly abide by all digital instructions, including site access configurations and security barriers.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

 

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

We will notify you of any such claim. PNS ASSOCIATES reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.
